Course Synopsis

This course introduces the students to computer literacy and state-of-the-art technologies available in all computer areas (hardware, software, telecommunications, Internet applications), and ethical and social issues. In the lab, students will be exposed to hands-on exercises using Microsoft Windows and part of open source software (Linux version Ubuntu).
